Set up two-step sign in
After your password, a 6-digit code from an app on your phone. It keeps your account safe if someone learns your password: without your phone, the password alone does not open Wiggle. Everyone who uses Wiggle has it on, and setting it up takes about two minutes.
For example: you type your email and password as usual, then open the app on your phone and type the 6 numbers it shows for Wiggle. The numbers change every 30 seconds.

Install an authenticator app
On your phone, install a free authenticator app: Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password or Authy. If you already use one, use that.

Scan the QR code
In the app, choose to add an account, then point your phone's camera at this code.

What if I lose my phone?
Straight after this, Wiggle gives you 10 recovery codes. Keep them somewhere safe, away from your phone. If you lose your phone, sign in with your password, choose "Use a recovery code instead" and type one of them. Then you set up two-step sign in on your new phone.

Save your recovery codes
If you lose your phone, each of these codes lets you sign in once. Keep them somewhere safe, away from your phone: in a password manager, or printed and put away. We only show them this once.
